In this sense, <a href="http://mecadelinte.com/">access control</a> is the first line of security we can count on. In Delinte Mecanizados we have focused our activity in the manufacture of <strong>access control cabinets</strong>. <h2>Access control, the first security measure</h2>

<h2>What is the laser cutting technique</h2>
<p>Laser is an acronym for Light Amplification By Stimulated Emission of Radiation. It is a <strong>light source</strong>, but with properties that differentiate it from other sources and make it more useful and manageable.</p>

These cabins are prefabricated in controlled environments. These booths are essential for different types of industry, from those specialized in the environmental and analytical sector to those in the oil sector.</p>

<p>A fundamental characteristic that they must have is their resistance. The <a href="http://mecadelinte.com/productos/cabinas-y-shelter/">shelter type cabins</a> are made to measure, according to the needs indicated by our customers. The measurement of this is done through <strong>shelter type cabins</strong>, such as the ones we manufacture in<strong> <a href="http://mecadelinte.com/">Mecanizados Delinte</a></strong>.</p>
<h2><span id="more-52980"></span></h2>
<p>There are more than <strong>600 fixed measuring stations</strong> throughout the country, in addition to several analyzers. The Ministry for Ecological Transition (MITECO), through the State Meteorological Agency, the EMEP/VAG/CAMP network, is also responsible for collecting data to obtain information on transboundary pollution and to comply with Spain&#8217;s obligations under the Geneva Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution.</p>
<h2>Located in representative spaces</h2>

<h2>Characteristics of emission measurement cabinets</h2>
<p>The internal temperature of the station should be maintained between 18 and 20 degrees. This implies the need for an <strong>air conditioning system</strong>. They are treatments of great importance in the different stages of manufacturing in the machining industry. At <a href="http://mecadelinte.com/">Mecanizados Delinte</a> we use the tempering technique when shaping products such as <strong>swas frames</strong>, motor center cabinets, etc.</p>
<p><span id="more-52981"></span></p>
<p>There are different <strong>types of heat treatments</strong> depending on the objective to be achieved and the reactions that are achieved are obviously also different. This type of treatment hardens or softens a product, modifies its structure or changes some of its characteristics so that the final result meets our needs.</p>
<p>The different heat treatments include carburizing, nitriding, tempering, carbonitriding, annealing, normalizing, isothermal annealing and quenching.</p>
<h2>Tempering, the main treatment in the industry</h2>
<p>Tempering is one of the <strong>most widely used heat treatments</strong> in the machining field. Basically, it consists of <strong>heating a material</strong>, usually steel, above its transformation point. We are talking about temperatures that may well exceed 800 or 900 degrees Celsius, <strong>and cool it quickly</strong> in water or oil. The purpose of this whole process is to obtain a much more resistant piece, in which its degree of fragility is reduced.</p>
<p>The tempering process seeks to achieve a balance between hardness and strength in the product.</p>
<p>Although it may seem strange, <strong>the use of tempered steel has been used for centuries</strong>. Already in feudal Japan, blacksmiths were in charge of making katanas, swords and other weapons with this material. To do this they smeared clay on specific parts of a steel blade and heated it in a forge, then cooled the blade in water.</p>
<p>Obviously today&#8217;s work processes have evolved, but at the core, the objective and principles remain the same.</p>
<p>Of course, steel is not the only metal that can be tempered, but it is one of the metals that offers the most possibilities, since by doing so, <strong>very attractive qualities</strong> can be achieved. For example, it is made to have a higher degree of hardness, to be less fragile, to withstand greater forces, to relieve stresses, etc.</p>

<h2>How and why steel is hardened</h2>
<p>To harden it, the steel must be heated to a temperature that exceeds its transformation point, which is called the <strong>quenching temperature</strong>. In this way it is possible to vary its structure, obtaining a crystalline structure that is ideal for rapid cooling of the piece. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Shelter cabins</strong> are one of the products with which we differentiate ourselves in Mecanizados Delinte. We work with booths of our own design that we apply mainly to the environmental and analytical sectors. Numerous companies, such as Repsol, BP, Cepsa, Exxon Mobile, Lukoil, Técnicas Reunidas or PEMEX, have highly valued our efforts and the quality of our work over the past 30 years.<span id="more-52986"></span></p>
<h2>What are the shelter cabins like?</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Shelter is an English word that could be translated into Spanish as &#8220;refugio&#8221;. Shelter would be a <strong>structure that has the function of protecting from the weather</strong>. The term is also used in the <a href="http://mecadelinte.com/productos/cabinas-y-shelter/">sense of container</a>, since it is responsible for housing and protecting the equipment that is collected inside it.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The usefulness of shelter cabins extends to virtually <strong>all areas of production</strong>. Depending on the use to which they are going to be put, the cabins will have a series of needs that we adapt at the time of manufacturing. In terms of sizes we move in dimensions ranging from 2000x1500x2500 (WxDxH) mm to 14000x2800x2700 (WxDxH) mm.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">An example of how are the cabins that we manufacture in Delinte can be found in <strong>air quality measurement cabins</strong>, which are distributed throughout the Spanish geography and also in many points outside our country. This type of cabinets must house all the equipment to measure both chemical pollutants and meteorological parameters. Air pollution has become one of the main concerns in our cities, which is why it is important to have adequate control systems in place. In this sense, our cabins <strong>house the equipment that automatically collects the</strong> basic <strong>information</strong> for atmospheric monitoring.</p>

<h2>Materials to create the shelter cabins</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In order to fulfill their function, <a href="http://mecadelinte.com/que-es-una-cabina-tipo-shelter/">shelter cabins</a> must be sufficiently <strong>resistant and robust</strong> to be able to withstand both weather conditions and possible acts of vandalism. In this sense, at Delinte we work with the <strong>best high quality materials </strong>from European Union countries. We also use thermal insulators from leading manufacturers that guarantee the required specifications. We have our own manufacturing and assembly method that favors a robust construction.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Depending on the case, we use <strong>galvanized steel or stainless steel</strong> for their construction. Galvanized steel is steel that undergoes a hot-dip process with molten zinc. This generates a zinc layer on the surface that prevents oxidation. Stainless steel, on the other hand, has a manufacturing process by which, through a series of transformations, the raw materials are melted until the desired thickness and diameter of the parts are obtained. It is a corrosion-resistant material by a unique process that, in a simplified form, causes chromium oxide molecules to immediately restore any scratches to the metal.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Our cabins <strong>are insulated with rock wool</strong>. It is a mineral-type insulation that uses two raw materials: basaltic rocks, which are of volcanic origin, and coke ore, which comes from coal. The main advantage of this material is its fireproof character. In addition, it is an excellent acoustic and thermal insulator.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The shelter cabins have a <strong>painted finish and are always adapted to the environmental and seismic conditions</strong> of the areas where they are to be installed. Of course, its construction and dimensions are adjusted to the needs expressed by the customer, depending on the equipment that needs to be housed inside. In addition, this type of cabins can be easily moved.</p>
