At Delinte we specialize in precision metal transformations. We work for sectors as diverse as electrical, railway, environmental control, defense, instrumentation, industrial, analytical control and also civil works. Since our beginnings we have specialized in the manufacture of metal cabinets and panels as well as analysis or instrumentation cabinets.
Our metal transformations
One of our most demanded products are ATEX and pressurized cabinets for analyzers. We are experts in the manufacture of cabinets in galvanized sheet metal, which offers optimum resistance to corrosion, and also in stainless steel for the analysis of liquids and gases in ATEX zones.
We always keep in mind that safety is one of the most important aspects in this type of products. It is essential to protect not only the equipment, but also the people who operate it. For this reason, we always use quality raw materials from the European Union, including thermal insulators from leading manufacturers that guarantee the required specifications.
All this to achieve robust constructions thanks to our particular manufacturing and assembly method.
The
control rooms
(desks, control panels) for monitoring and analysis are another of our specialties. We have manufactured these products for nuclear and thermal power plants such as Valdellos I and II, Cofrentes, Ascó I and II, Almaraz II and Trillo.
Among the metallic transformations that we manufacture for the electrical sector, cabinets and metallic panels stand out. In this case we fully adapt to the customer’s requests. We manufacture from electrical cabinets that must be outdoors to medium and high voltage switchgear, including motor center cabinets, 19″ rack cabinets in steel or galvanized sheet metal and giving them a painted finish if required by the customer. We comply with IP or NEMA standards.
For the analytical sector we manufacture racks, either UPN or tube racks, in stainless steel or carbon steel. And we offer the option for the customer to customize them to their liking or to adapt the mounting plate to their needs, for example by adding or not a basin to analyze liquids.
Metal transformations for the traffic and transport sector are another of our hallmarks. We are a reference in the construction of cabinets for road signaling. Whether they are cabinets for traffic light control, road video surveillance, SOS stations, traffic control, etc. In recent years we have also specialized in cabinets for the management and control of Smart Cities.
The train cabinets and racks that are installed inside these vehicles manufactured by Delinte comply with the UNE-15085-CL2 standard. The quality of our products is demonstrated by the fact that they have been selected for projects such as the AVE Medina-La Mecca, AVE Kazakhstan, AVE Azerbaijan …
In Delinte we can also manufacture from protective fences to advertising mupis and all kinds of enclosures.

As a company we were established in the 80’s in the Corredor del Henares Industrial Center (Torrejón de Ardoz).
