Since its beginnings in 1980, Delinte has manufactured all types of metal constructions, since, after all, almost everything can be manufactured. In this aspect Delinte applies it to the transformation of veneer in any of its formats or qualities. Proof of this is that Delinte has manufactured protective fences for sidewalks, advertising billboards, metal walkways and enclosures for different uses.

Traffic and transportation
For more than 30 years Delinte has been a reference in the construction of road sign cabinets. Enclosures that have been in operation for decades throughout the world and in sensitive environments such as maritime, tropical climates… Cabinets for traffic control, enclosures for video surveillanceon roads, SOS boxes following IP, NEMA or IK standards in each case.
Throughout its existence Delinte has also been a reference in the manufacture of enclosures for access control and lately in enclosures for the management and control of SMART-CITIES.
Since its beginnings, Delinte has worked constantly in the railway industry, manufacturing metal products for railway traffic control. Since 2013, it has participated prominently in projects such as the AVE Medina-La Meca, AVE Kazakhstan, AVE Azerbaijan, manufacturing enclosures and racks for the control of the trainsand that are installed inside. These enclosures and racks comply with the UNE-15085-CL2 standard in which Delinte is certified in aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel constructions.

Cabinets and Shelters
A product that sets us apart is the construction of cabinets and shelters of our own design for the environmental and analytical sectors.
The quality of our cabinets has positioned us for decades as a reference for quality and safety. With cabinets from 2000x1500x2500mm to 14000x2800x2700mm, Delinte has manufactured cabinets and shelters for the main national and international oil companies, as well as air quality measurement cabins installed throughout the national and international geography.

Cabinets and shelters made of galvanized steel or stainless steel, insulated with rock wool and internally lined with stainless steel, galvanized steel and then painted or plasticized chipboard. All this adapting to the environmental and seismic conditions of the location where it will be installed.
Companies such as Repsol, BP, Cepsa, Exxon Mobile, Lukoil, Técnicas Reunidas, PEMEX, have valued satisfactorily the quality and finish of our cabinets for more than 40 years. It is worth mentioning that Delinte was for years the company of choice for the manufacture of metal consoles and entire control rooms for the energy sector in Spain, specifically the nuclear and thermal sectors. We have manufactured these products for nuclear and thermal power plants such as Valdellos I and II, Cofrentes, Ascó I and II, Almaraz II and Trillo.
We also manufacture desks for control rooms.

At Delinte we are specialists in consoles for control rooms, where we design and manufacture special technical furniture for control centers or control rooms complying with international ergonomic standards and giving our customers the highest quality designs in any console furniture.
If a customer wants a console cabinet that easily adapts to each of the operators in his control room, the best choice is the Motorized Platform Console, which with its adjustable lifting column has taken all the merits as the most demanded control console in the market in recent times.
For us, each project is unique and therefore requires the design of special technical furniture adapted to the specific needs of the operators of the company in question.

DELINTE manufactures swas racks for the analytical sector, built according to customer specifications. These constructions range from UPN frames or tube frames, both in stainless steel and carbon steel. In this type of racks, the mounting plate can be customized or adapted to the customer’s needs and may or may not have a basin for liquid analysis.

We manufacture metal enclosures and panels for the energy industry. In this industry, our products, always in accordance with the directives set by the customer, cover a wide range of possibilities: from medium or high voltage cells, engine control center enclosures, 19″ rack enclosures, and energy enclosures for outdoor use complying with IP or NEMA standards.

ATEX and pressurized enclosures for analyzers
The ATEX and pressurized enclosures for analyzers stand out for their large interior space and, in addition, for their resistance in more aggressive environments where the presence of dust and gas must be under control, thus preventing possible explosive atmospheres.
At Delinte we manufacture galvanized or stainless steel enclosures for the analysis of liquids or gases in explosion prof zones. These products can be SAM enclosures, ATEX or pressurized enclosures. They can be heated or insulated with rock wool and meet IP or NEMA standards.

We design according to drawings and needs for the subsequent assembly and positioning of the different connectors, measuring devices and controllers. Delinte’s ATEX enclosure is certified and with all the guarantees for a correct use and control. It passes all requirements, impact, overpressure, thermal impact, temperature shock, ultraviolet light, cold, heat and humidity resistance tests.
